Q: Why does it take 4-5 weeks to get my order?
Why does it take 4-5 weeks to complete an order?

A: There is a process for all orders that come into our shop. As a reminder, the curtains are not imported or pre-stocked on a shelf. Fabric is ordered from our suppliers for the orders received the previous week. When the fabric arrives, each order is separated and put into queuve for processing. It will then be designated to a seamstress who is experienced in that style. The seamstress are assigned a block of orders and exchange for a new batch on a weekly basis. Some orders require additional finishing touches (drawstrings, etc.) once they are returned to the shop. Once all items are completed, they are shipped to the customer.

The order will show In Process (which means we have it on our master order list), Ordered/Assigned (a) ordered through an outside supplier or b) physically in the hands of a seamstress among a current block of orders), Completed, and Shipped.
